Great wash lights!

There's something to be said about buying name brand lights, even when buying wash lights. These lights look and function great! I bought these to replace some older Venue pars whose DMX jacks were wearing out. Now I can set up and control all of my lights, and I'm beyond happy.

I needed a cost effective light that had dmx ability and good color/luminosity. I wouldn't use this for my primary lights per say, but they make for the perfect accent lights. I've attached an image, these lights are throwing the 4 back lights behind the drums.

This may be a stupid question, but would I need 1 more DMX cable to connect it to a controller box?
That is correct, you will need one more DMX cable to connect to a controller.

how long is the power cord?
The manufacture does not list that specification. It is a special order and we do not have one to check. The usual power cords are 10-15 feet long.

How fast can the receiver receive DMX signals in ...
How fast can the receiver receive DMX signals in Hz? If I wanted to send packets at a rate of 200 Hz, with it be able to process and output it to the LEDs accordingly?
The manufacture does not list the speed of the DMX on the CHAUVET DJ SlimPAR 56 RGB LED PAR Wash Light (Black). They only list the Pulse width modulation(PWM) and that is 1200Hz.
