    Pyle Pro PRJG82 reviews

PRJG82 1000-Lumen WVGA LED Pico Projector is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from great product for the price. Love it! I gave it a 4 starts because i wish there's an auto focus button. It takes time to manual focus it. For the price, i can't really complain. My daughter and I love it! we use it to watch movies. It's like a home theater. :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good bang for the buck While it won't be the brightest projection you have ever seen, it does work quite nicely, and is easy to use. Slightly subdued light in the room is beneficial for performance. 1000 Lumens translates to about 100 Watts, which was what many of the better slide projectors had. So this will work in modest size conference rooms. If you are artist looking for something to project images on the wall for a preliminary trace, this is a decent unit for that. If you are doing presentations, this will work well for that too. And you won't go broke in the process. The size of the projection is good, and with LED technology as the lightsource, you don't have to worry about the bulb burning out if it gets bumped. It also runs cooler than the old projector bulbs did.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pype Pro 1000 Lumen Projector I purchased this projector based on reviews from other owners, so it is only fair I do a review myself. For the price this projector exceeded my expectiations . I used it for our annual 'back yard movie and I was able to view a decent picture by 7:45 P.M. by 8:00 P.M. (Toronto Canada in mid September) the picture was great for the purpose. I used the VGA input to run a slide show prior to the movie and the HDMI input for the movie. My only issue would be, is that I used the headphone output to drive a fairly large portable radio and the volume level was not great with both units turned fully up. The unit is light and attached to a tripod via the tripod mount on the bottom. From the order process to the speedy delivery this was a great purchase !

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Barely usable. This was bought for use in a small (30 person) classroom, where it would sit only about 6 feet from a screen. It's too dim, even in a completely darkened room. Contrast is poor, so even large bold lettering appeared vague. As a bonus, the software is from the 1980's. Returned this for an Epson VS240, which hit the sweet spot.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It is What I Expected.... I needed an inexpensive, lightweight projector for a theater project and it worked fine. It's not as bright or as sharp as I'd hoped but I was not surprised by the output, either. There's not much in the way of controls?just a zoom really?but again, I didn't expect much. Ultimately, I sort of wished that I spent the $600 or $700 for a really good pico but it does what I need it to do adequately.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great travel or home theater system! RECOMENDED! To sum things up: Great purchase and you can't complain about the price! Make sure you have an extension cord for the power and a long enough hdmi or audio/video cable to position everything according. Good image and ok build it sound. Here is the long: I bought this projector as a gift and we got to take it on a road trip, we use it to project movies from laptops and video games from a came console, with it's small design and a built in speaker this allows you to take a home theater system on the go. The projector is bright enough to project on a white wall inside a darkened room in the day time (a white bed sheet works on dark walls) with adjustable brightness contrast, color. there is volume control and all this enables you to fine tune the unit to suit your needs (we were able to brighten the image up enough to play games inside during the day time with the shades shut.) The built in speaker is not the loudest but dose the job for most of the time, and with audio input options you can easily plug in your sound system (through the audio jack we used a Phillips soundshooter to enhance the audio). Also make sure you have a extension cord for the power as you need to set up the projector at a certain distance from the wall or screen you want to project on, because there is no ZOOM, only Focus and Tilt to adjust. To project about a 60 screen on the wall we chose we placed the projector around 8' back where there was a coffee table at that distance so it worked great, thankfully we had a 6' power cord, its a must have! ENJOY!
