    Pyle Pro PRJG88 reviews

PRJG88 800-Lumen WVGA Multimedia Projector is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for its price Start from the top. Student shipping worked excellently, arrived when expected. Projector box was open, shipment packaging undamaged. Bummed about no triple A's in the remote. Setup is real easy, power cord is a little bit short, but nothing an extension cord can't fix. Quality of the display leaves a little bit to be desired, but type font is legible in a dark room at distances of at least 10 feet (I have not tried farther). Focusing the display is just turning the lens, no coarse or fine scrubbing. Fan is rather loud, but manageable, and skewing the image is not possible. The headphone jack does not have a high power output: Fine on headphones, but very very quiet for my powered studio monitors. This is what I expected for the price, and for a budget projector for a college apartment, its good and it fits the bill.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It works OK, but not very bright Great price, small size, easy to set-up. 800 Lumens isn't bright, so only really works in a darkened room. As long as you understand this, and a darker room is possible, it could work for you.
