I've been told this is a great accessory to have for drone pilots; but I'm not sure how exactly it works. Has anyone used this device with their drone? I have an DJI A2S still sitting in the box.

I don't understand how this is a backup with only 128GB...is there something I am missing?!? I can buy a 256GB memory card for $50
The difference is that there is redundancy so you can't use files plus you can edit using your iPhone or iPad anywhere you are even at the location where you shot.

I understand that the purpose of the device is to transfer/back up files from a camera or a memory card. But it's not clear - Is the device capable of automatically transferring/backing up files from a camera while shooting (mirroring function of a camera with dual card slots)?
Backup with the Gnarbox is not automatic, although it is able to automatically organize your footage by time, type, GPS, and other metadata. It is also able to upload files to social media, cloud storage, text, and email with the use of its companion app without needing a computer.

I use XQD 120GB memory cards. Will I have a problem loading an entire card to the 128GB Gnarbox? Or should I purchase the 256GB Gnarbox?
