    HP X3000 reviews

X3000 Wireless Mouse (Blue) is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 150.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overall good mouse, but... Positives: perfectly adequate mouse for travel purposes. Small, compact, easy to set-up and use, cheap, performance as expected of a product of this caliber. Negatives: The mouse 3/middle click button (scroll) doesn't work properly. The scrolling function is fine, but the clicking is very frustrating. Sometimes it works, most times not. Requires a lot of pressure before it will register a click, usually causing your hand to move the mouse while trying to apply pressure, causing the function to activate while your cursor has moved to a position where you didn't want this to happen. Don't buy unless this particular issue doesn't bother you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Inexpensive mouse that works well. This mouse performs as expected. It's inexpensive, but does the job. It has left, right, and center clicks, as well as a scroll wheel. That's just what I was looking for when my Microsoft wireless mouse crapped out. (The metal connector that makes contact with the battery broke away from the shell.) I ordered this mouse online within 15 minutes of my old one breaking, and it arrived (free shipping) within a week. And as an extra benefit, the dongle is smaller than the old mouse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Mouse These mice come in 2 sizes. One fits a small to medium hand and the other a larger hand. They both work well and are more comfortable to use in my opinion.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Slick, inexpensive, room for improvement A good buy for a solid mouse. Looks nice, fits the hand well for a mini, installs effortlessly. Good battery life. Would like it better if it had a "back" button on the side. Not as precise as I like, since I do a lot of word-processing and spreadsheet work that require placing the cursor precisely between letters frequently.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice The mouse is a perfect compact size & fits my hand well. If I'm not at a desk or table, I can use it on the surface of my laptop in the area next to the touch pad. Simple install, just plug in the wireless USB. I have the double click speed set to fast but I wish it responded just a little faster...not a deal breaker though. I'm satisfied with purchase and the price and the free shipping!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does what it is suppose to do. The mouse works very well including on a number of different surfaces. I like the on/off feature as batteries seem to go at the worst time. It does what it is suppose to do and does it well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This mouse is the worst I have ever used This mouse had a problem with the scroll wheel. I don't know if it was a hardware issue or a software/ driver issue, but the scroll wheel was highly erratic and unpredictable. I never knew whether to scroll up or down to get the screen to move the way I wanted, sometimes it would scroll up and down even though I was still scrolling the wheel in the same direction. I finally gave up and went back to my old wired mouse. This mouse was being used on a computer running Windows 7 Professional. It is primarily a CAD work station, so a predictable mouse is a big deal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The greatest mouse of all time I didnt think I would like it, but I bought one of these with my first laptop a few years ago. It survived being thrown at the wall twice and when the whole battery compartment fell out the thing still worked with a bit of tape. 10/10 bought another with my new laptop.
