MMultiBandBitFun from MeldaProduction is an audio plug-in designed for extreme distortion. The plug-in converts the incoming audio into fixed-point precision data of 1 to 16 bits per sample and provides access to each bit with several bit-manipulating operations. The four processors can mess up any bit, merge with shifted versions of the same sample, combine with a delayed sample, or integrate anything sent through the plug-in's sidechain input. A built-in, low-pass filter is also provided.

MMultiBandBitFun uses three transparent crossover algorithms (analog with slopes from 12 dB/oct to 120 dB/oct, linear-phase, and hybrid) with fully adjustable limits, input panoramas, and input gains. Modulate any parameter from sources such as an LFO, audio-level follower, envelope generator, or pitch detector. Additionally, a randomization button generates random settings for discovering happy accidents.

Adjustable Oscillator-Shape Technology
Every oscillator in MMultiBandBitFun uses a versatile oscillator algorithm to provide a mix of predefined oscillator shapes, custom waveforms edited using the MeldaProduction Envelope System (MES), a step-sequencer, and several methods for algorithmic post-processing. It also provides a harmonic mode, which lets you control the harmonic content instead of oscillator shape, which is especially useful for high-frequency oscillators
Four Multiparameters
Control multiple parameters using a single multiparameter. Not only is this handy for automation, for example, but the multiparameters are smart units that allow you to morph between banks of settings
M/S, Single-Channel, and Eight-Channel Surround Processing
The software can handle not only mono and stereo signals, but also mid/side encoding for stereo field processing, separate left & right channels, separate mid or side signals, and up to 8 channels of surround audio
Smart Randomization
The smart randomization algorithm selects good-sounding combinations of parameters. It can even randomize modulators for you
Automatic Gain Compensation
The automatic gain compensation quickly adapts to current settings and ensures the output sounds as loud as the input
Safety Limiter
The included brickwall limiter ensures the output stays below 0 dB and prevents your equipment and your ears from potential danger automatically
Adjustable Upsampling 1x to 16x
MMultiBandBitFun includes both minimum-phase and high-quality, linear-phase upsampling algorithms to avoid aliasing
