Panasonic PT-EX520LU overview

  • 1Description

Enjoy versatile installation options with the Panasonic PT-EX520LU 5300-Lumen XGA 3LCD Projector. Its 5300 lumens of brightness, interchangeable lens options, and integrated brightness and color-enhancement features will allow you to install this projector in various well-lit areas. XGA native resolution will help keep text and images clear, while 5-BNC, VGA, RCA composite, and two HDMI inputs will allow you to input a variety of devices. Its VGA output adds the option of daisy-chaining multiple projectors or displays together, and the analog audio input and output will ensure that audio accompanies your video. It is controllable via Ethernet and RS-232 using software like Art-Net DMX or Crestron Connected, or you can use the included IR remote control.

Compact Design
With up to 5300 lumens of brightness, the projector produces images even in high levels of artificial light. Text is clear and legible, while graphics and video are reproduced with natural vibrancy.
Dynamic Iris for a 2000:1 Contrast Ratio
The dynamic iris uses a scene-linking aperture mechanism to achieve a 2000:1 contrast ratio without sacrificing brightness to help reproduce deep, rich blacks for a more immersive and lifelike image.
Daylight View Basic
Daylight View Basic uses a built-in sensor to measure ambient light and calibrate image projection to suit, helping to optimize brightness and halftone color while sharpening details for easy-to-see pictures in well-lit environments.
Color Adjustment for Multi-Screen Projection
This function corrects subtle variations in the color reproduction range of individual units set up for multi-screen projection, particularly in side-by-side configuration.
Dust-Resistant Cabinet and Eco Filter
The projector is protected against dust intrusion with a one-way airflow design and enhanced sealing for the lens block, air intake duct, and Eco Filter. This electrostatic Micro Cut Filter captures tiny dust particles and requires no maintenance for approximately 15,000 hours. It can be washed and reused to help reduce servicing costs.
5000-Hour Lamp Replacement Cycle
The projector features a lamp replacement cycle of up to 5000 hours with lamp power set to Eco mode, or up to 4000 hours with lamp power set to Normal mode.
Eco Management
A variety of Eco Management functions are accessible via a button on the remote control. These include brightness optimization for ambient lighting conditions and lamp power reduction when no input signal is detected.
Single-Cable DIGITAL LINK Connection
DIGITAL LINK transmits uncompressed video, audio, and control commands through a single Cat5e or higher STP cable, for long signal runs.
Quiet Operation in Eco Mode
The quiet design reduces operating noise to just 29 dB in Eco Mode.
Designed for Easy Lamp and Filter Replacement
To help ease maintenance, the filter can be replaced via the side, and the lamp from the top of the projector. There is no need to remove the unit from its ceiling mount for periodic maintenance.
Optional Lenses
Choose from a selection of optional lenses for the projector, allowing for simple adaptability to your installation site.
Project Wirelessly with an Optional Module
You can project media wirelessly via a computer using Presenter Light or the VueMagic Pro application for iOS and Android. Just connect an optional ET-WML100 Wireless Module to the projector's USB input.
