FLIR ThermoSight RS32 2.25-9x Thermal Riflescope is a thermal imaging riflescope designed primarily for mounted tactical or hunting applications but can be used as a handheld device. You can view or relay to external devices thermal profiles through fog, smoke, and foliage during the day or at night. At the core of this device is the 320 x 240 VOx uncooled microbolometer that operates at a 60 Hz refresh rate. This thermal imager features a 35mm lens with a 9° horizontal field of view, a digital zoom up to 4x, and a number of palettes and digital enhancements like the Advanced Image Correction function. You can view scenery on the built-in 640 x 480 Active Matrix LCD display or relay videos to external displays and recorders. To simplify user experience, the monocular offers a simple but effective control pad and an in-view menu. For accurate target acquisitions, this device offers three digital reticle patterns: Duplex, Fine Duplex, and German style. The operator has a choice of black, white, red, and green reticle colors to obtain optimal visibility or for personal preferences.

This thermal imaging scope is packaged into a lightweight, durable, and ergonomic polymer body with a thick rubber covering for a slip-free operation and impact-resistance. The delicate optics and electronics are also protected from impact and heavy recoil by the Proprietary Shock Reduction System. Optics are shielded on both sides by thick tethered lens covers, and the objective lens has extra protection from a built-in sun shade. In addition to using this ergonomic and compact thermal scope as a handheld device, you can mount it to a firearm using the included Picatinny style mount.
