Stay connected while tracking your all-day activity and exercise with the large, black Charge 2 Fitness Wristband from Fitbit. This wrist-worn activity monitor tracks how many steps you take, your distance traveled, calories burned, floors climbed, and how many minutes you stay active. You can use this heart rate data to monitor your intensity, analyze the effectiveness of your activities, maximize your workouts, and more—all without the need of an additional heart rate chest strap or accessory. Additionally, the Charge 2 features SmartTrack technology that automatically recognizes the exercise your performing and records your metrics to the free companion app.

The Charge 2 houses an OLED display that lets you see your progress in real-time throughout the day. In addition to fitness tracking and heart rate data, the Charge 2 can receive smart notifications from your smartphone, so you can stay connected to the outside world even when you're working out.

You can sync all your Charge 2 stats wirelessly to compatible mobile devices and computers. Fitbit Charge 2 reviews

Charge 2 Fitness Wristband (Large, Black) is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 59.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent! HIghly recommended! After several hours of research I decided to purchase the Charge 2 and I'm so glad I did. It performs exactly as described and is a great motivator. The things I like best about the Charge 2 are the step counter, calories burned (all day, not just when exercising), heart rate monitor, and sleep tracker. The app is also great and I love getting the weekly emails with my numbers from the previous week. The only thing I wish was different about the Charge 2 was that it was water proof. It's not a huge deal to me but I would have bought a second one for my wife if it was waterproof.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great way to motivate and track exercise. I love having both heartrate and stair tracking as I hustle a lot at work and with my kid, making it nice to know how much activity I'm getting on on a given day. It triggers my self-competitive spirit as I actually find myself taking the stairs instead of the elevator more often than not at work, just to get my steps and stairs up and to rack up high scores on the weekly stats. My only nit is that the charging cable on all Fitbit products is proprietary, forcing you to pay $$ to get a spare, and that very few of their devices are totally waterproof.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good I've been a Fitbit user for quite some time. I originally had the charge and finally decided recently to try out the Charge 2. So far, I really like it. It feels higher quality than the original Charge, and while I wasn't really all that interested in the heart rate monitor, I've found I like having it more than I expected. My only concern is that the strap will eventually fall apart, because Fitbit products are notorious for doing that. My past Charges have done this multiple times. But this strap is built differently, and thankfully, this strap can be replaced without replacing the entire device, and Fitbit support is very good typically, so it should be easy to deal with if and when it happens. At any rate, this is a great product for getting you to pay attention to your daily activity, and to motivate you to move around. And it's fun if you have family and friends who use it too. In the end, I'm glad I went with the Charge 2.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product The Fitbit Charge 2 replaces a Garmin Vivosmart which never did operate properly. Initially it counted stairs with reasonable accuracy but became progressively inaccurate and after a period of time it failed to count st.rs at all. It counted steps accurately up to about 3.7 mph but missed steps at any speed over that speed. So far the Charge 2 has no such issues, is slimmer looking and fits/feels better on my wrist too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Seems alright Sleep tracking isn't the best, as it sometimes thinks I'm still sleep hours after I've been awake. That may or may not be due to my removing this device upon waking for the day, but I have had to go in and manually adjust my wake-up times more than once. Also, no one mentions that with how this watch tracks your heart rate, the way that it sits on your arm is actually somewhat painful given the extra bit of plastic that sticks out from the underside of the watch. I have already gotten somewhat bruised from this. Lastly, they say to wear it on the outside of your arm. I wear it both ways (outside when sleeping, and inside when awake), and have had better results with it inside. Short battery life take a little getting used to, as my Fitbit One lasted two weeks on a single charge and stored info for seven days--this one only lasts for about five days with the same settings and, due to the physical discomforts I mentioned earlier, is actually worn less.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product! A good upgrade from Charge HR! I have been using Fitbit Charge HR for more than a year and i think it's time to upgrade to to new version Charge 2. Love the bigger screen display and more sleek design. The fitbit app that goes along with this Charge 2 is great and they constantly update the app. I believe the app is one of the best out there comparing to other fitness tracker brands. I also use this with my fitbit aria to keep track of all my workouts and weight gain/loss. Would recommend this to anyone!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from didn't work for me purchased this fitness monitor and could not get it to pair up with my laptop, really complicated setup, at least for me. spent two to three hours on the phone with fitbit tech support with no success, tried everything. sent it back for a refund.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent heart rate and footstep tracker... The tracker is relatively simple to use. Charge it, wear it and move. You keep track of your activity in two ways: through the interface/menus on the tracker and through the FitBit app. Once opening the app, the tracker will automatically sync, which will update all of your fitness information. The footstep tracking is quite accurate. I've use other bands and they've added steps here and there while driving the car, or doing non-walking tasks. This one only tracks steps as you walk. It can also track steps you walk up. Along with its various fitness features, the tracker also works as a clock, calendar and stop watch. Alarms, texts and calls from your phone can also be directed to the tracker and it will vibrate whenever you get notifications from your phone. Overall, a very useful device. Battery lasts around 5-8 days, depending on how often you're using it.
