Capture cinematic-quality 360 video with up to 6 Blackmagic Micro Cinema Cameras or Micro Studio Cameras. The 360Helios 6 from 360RIZE features a minimalist design so that the form factor is the smallest possible with the cameras mounted, allowing for an optimal workflow — your lenses will be as close as possible to the nodal center of the rig as well as to one-another.
Moreover, the 360Helios 6 allows you to change the camera positioning between landscape and portrait orientations, enabling you to prioritize where frame overlap exists. In landscape mode, your key subjects will be closer to the rig's horizon; in portrait mode, the subjects will be closer to the top of the rig. The latter is also ideal when your mounting base (tripod or otherwise) is wide and will need to be removed from the shot in the stitching process. The rig also leaves access to all camera ports. The 360Helios 6 has a 3/8"-16 mounting point and comes with a 1/4"-20 adapter.
For the post production process, one of the options for ingest for the Micro Cameras is the 360RIZE 360CamMan VR media management software (sold separately), which allows you to efficiently organize and ingest captured footage.

The 360Helios 6 can be configured to mount 6, 5, or 4 cameras in a spherical orientation for capturing full 360 x 180° 360 video content. In comparison to a 3-camera setup, the 360Helios 6 additionally supports top and bottom cameras, offering the advantage of increased frame overlap and stitch quality, improved ability to hide rigging in stitching, and higher-quality footage.
