The Panasonic 10.1" Toughbook 20 Multi-Touch 2-in-1 Notebook is a rugged tablet PC with a detachable keyboard that quickly delivers a notebook experience, so you can be productive when you're at the office or outdoors. The Toughbook 20 is powered by a 1.1 GHz Intel Core m5-6Y57 processor along with 8GB of 1600 MHz DDR3L memory to run your apps. The processor operates at a base speed of 1.1 GHz and can achieve speeds of up to 2.8 GHz while running demanding programs. For long-term memory needs, the tablet sports a 128GB SSD with a built-in heater, which enables it to work in cooler environments. There is also an integrated microSDXC slot on the tablet for expanding its storage capabilities.

Panasonic has outfitted the Toughbook 20 with 10.1" IPS display that comes with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1200, powered by integrated Intel HD Graphics 515. The screen is capable of a brightness level of up to 800 cd/m², which allows you to view what is being displayed when outdoors. The screen's multi-touch feature allows you to double tap to activate apps or type using an on-screen keyboard even while wearing gloves. Windows 7 Pro is preinstalled via Microsoft's downgrade option that lets you uninstall the current operating system and install Windows 10 Pro. Moreover, Panasonic includes a stylus, so you can sign documents and create sketches.

The tablet provides a Gigabit Ethernet jack for accessing networks reliably and quickly as well as built-in 802.11ac Wi-Fi, letting it access the Internet wirelessly. Another notable feature is built-in 4G LTE, which allows the Toughbook 20 to acess the internet when Wi-Fi is not available. Once connected, you can conduct face-to-face online conversations utilizing the tablet's webcam, speaker, and microphone. To connect with your monitors, printers, and other gear, it offers HDMI, USB 3.0, and headphone ports. Additionally, Bluetooth 4.1 is on board, so you can use your Bluetooth-enabled headset for VOIP calls.

The detachable keyboard expands the tablet's functions by offering a backlit keyboard, touchpad, and SDXC slot as well as HDMI, serial, USB 3.0, and Gigabit Ethernet outputs, which provide quick docking capabilities. In addition to these ports, the keyboard grants the tablet one VGA port and one USB 2.0 port. You can also double the tablet's battery life with an optional second battery inserted into the dock.
