Will these closeup lenses work on a Tokina 11-16 lens w/o interference to lens and w/o fringes on outer edges?

If you are on 11mm, 1 filter may be ok but more than 1 will most likely give you vignetting. At 16mm, 1-3 filters should be ok.

Yes look at around the inside of the front of the lens it should show the diameter of the thread, if it says 77mm then yes. If not just choose whichever one fits!
