ZEISS LWZ.3 21-100mm T2.9 (ft) Overview

The ZEISS Lightweight Zoom LWZ.3 Lens in EF-Mount with focus markings in feet features a 21-100mm zoom range, making it a one-size-fits-all alternative for budget-constrained productions. The lens is optimized for digital cinematography whether on a DSLR or cinema camera, and will cover image sensors sizes up to Super 35mm.

Super 35mm Coverage
The lens covers up to a Super 35mm-size image sensor. This coverage also accommodates Academy 35 and APS-C formats.
Focus Rotation
The lens features nearly 300° of focus rotation that provides for extremely accurate focus pulls.
Interchangeable Lens Mounts
The interchangeable lens mount allows you to change the original mount your lens came in. Optionally available mounts are Sony E, Canon EF, Nikon F, and PL.
Lens Coatings

Can this be used on a C70 with the Canon Mount Adapter EF-EOS R 0.71x?

Yes, the ZEISS 21-100mm T2.9-3.9 Lightweight Zoom LWZ.3 Lens (EF-Mount, Feet) can be used with the Canon Mount Adapter EF-EOS R 0.71x, but only in S16 mode, to achieve a super 35 image circle.

This is called a zoom stick and screws into the barrel of the zoom ring to assist in the zoom movement.

This lens does not have a filter thread. However it does have a 114mm front lens diameter, which is common for use with matte boxes.

We are not aware of a 2x Extender that is compatible with this lens.

A shimming set is not listed as part of the contents included with the lens. Manufacture number for Colored Shims ZEISS LWZ.3 (Set) is #2143-589.

Are there any extenders (doublers) that will work for the LWZ.3 with an EF-mount? (the Canon EF 2X III will not work)

ZEISS does not offer an extender for the Lightweight Zoom LWZ.3 and does not recommend a 3rd party product due to the changes in the optical performance of the lens.

No,never,the ramping is feature of the lens and it ramps through our the whole focal length and all aperture(t stops),this is given in Zeiss site-dr asok
