    Xerox 3260/DNI reviews

Phaser 3260/DNI Monochrome Laser Printer is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 53.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick 2-side printing Phaser 3260 My needs were for a B&W laser printer compatible with Windows 10, with reasonable ink cost, a small footprint, reasonable purchase price, 2-side printing, and a high reliability record. This printer meets or surpasses all of those criteria, plus has a nice looking cream and deep blue color scheme. I have run several hundred sheets through it, and it has worked flawlessly. Text of all sizes is clear, and photos and line drawings are surprisingly good. The 2-sided printing feature saves paper, and, obviously, reduces the frequency of refilling the paper drawer. It is quick for a small printer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Printing using PCL5 commands This printer does not recognize PCL5 correctly, I have other printers Xerox Phaser 4510 and Xerox Phaser 3250 andboth print correctly and equal as other brands like HP, but this printer, when I print the same qty of lines it skips to the next page, and worst when I tried to print in landscape with legal papers, it assumes that the paper is letter and doesn't print in the right area of the paper, I tried doing some setup in the printer as we have in the other models and the result was exactly the same, it is like the printer has fixed the paper in letter and if you change it, you see that it was changed but the result is like the paper continues as letter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Small Office/Home Printer I purchased this printer as a replacement for an all-in-one inkjet that had reached its usable life. Although it is a monochrome printer it has all of the features that I needed for my home network. I still have an inkjet all-in-one for those color projects but it lacks automatic duplex printing. The Phaser 3260 solves that little problem. It was simple to install, shares well on my mixed network (Windows XP, Windows 7 and Mac OS High Sierra), and provides, crisp, clear printing from whatever device I use.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from phaser 3260 waiting for IT to hook up to network so more than one person can use. after just one person using for about 3 weeks maybe, and only printing emails which is a lot less than we did before, the ink cartridtge seems to be failing sooner than normal . . . left side of paper missing print about an inch in from the side . . . old printer printed black on that same spot on pages, , , we shook the cartridge and it is doing better . .. cartridge should last longer than that I would think, the old one did with two of us printing everything on it . . now only one person and only emails as it won't print from system til IT hooks to network and I do not understand the lifetime warranty deal

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Drivers working even under Windows 2000 It was unexpected but I've checked that drivers are working well under Windows 2000, even. Duplex is very usefull - by default the printer prints on both sides - it helps in paper economy. I was a little bit surprised that A4 paper force to open back of the printer - you can't push the printer into the wall - it must be 3-4cm space for the rear of the drawer :-(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love it Been with our company for a year and a half and have been through 3 printers, this one has been the best! I am going to order another one for the front office. Very satisfied :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The 3260 -- a very reliable and efficient workhorse I use the term workhorse because this is what I think of when I watch this machine at work. Wirelessly, I might add, performing numerous large print jobs throughout my day it hardly ever requires a paper change and performs each job admirably and quickly. I still have yet to replace the original cartridge that came with it and have used several reams of paper. Laser printing is the way to go now that it is at a price point that is affordable for the home and small office. I have never been more pleased with a printer, and highly recommend this workhorse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great printer I bought this printer to replace its predecessor in the Xerox desktop line that had started having problems. So far it has been great and if the printer it replaces is any indication I will be using it for many years to come.
