Covering short- to medium-telephoto focal lengths, the silver XC 50-230mm f/4.5-6.7 OIS II from FUJIFILM is a 76-350mm-equivalent zoom suitable for working with a range of distance subjects, from portraits to sports. Its optical design includes one aspherical element and one extra-low dispersion element, which help to reduce a variety of aberrations in order to produce a high degree of sharpness, clarity, and color accuracy. A Super EBC coating has also been applied to individual elements to control flare and ghosting for increased contrast when working in strong lighting conditions. Complementing the optical design is a 3.5 stop-effective image stabilization system, which minimizes the appearance of camera shake to benefit shooting handheld. Additionally, a stepping AF motor provides fast and quiet focusing performance and a rounded seven-blade diaphragm contributes to a pleasing bokeh quality.

FUJIFILM XC 50-230mm f/4.5-6.7 OIS II Reviews
Big Bang For Your Buck!
I picked this up for my Fuji X-E4 and it rarely leaves my camera. I love taking photos of neighborhood cats during my evening walks, and this lens allows me to get in close, without spooking them. It may not be the sharpest, but it certainly impresses for the money. If you primarily shoot during regular daylight hours, this lens will delight you.
Great companion for xt-30ii
Don't over analyze the specs. It is what it is, it fits perfectly on the xt-30ii. There are sites comparing this lens with 'faster and brighter lenses. I will not be using this little guy indoors, I came from the Canon dslr system that I've used for years, if I was going to go down f2.8 or f4.8 avenue, I wouldn't have transitioned to a smaller system. This lens in my setup takes VERY usable shots, the camera industry loves driving buyers nuts with its analytics. Go shoot.....
