The SpectroLED Essential 500 Bi-Color LED Light by Genaray is a 504 LED panel with color temperature that's variable from tungsten-balanced 3200K to daylight-balanced 5600K or anywhere in between. Instead of fumbling with filters you can match other light sources or ambient light conditions, or just use color creatively. Light intensity is also variable from 100 - 0% without color shift or flickering.

The SpectroLED Essential 500 offers a 60° flood beam angle and a high CRI for precise and faithful color rendering. The 9.25 x 13.6 x 2.2" panel weighs just 2.5 lb and with its slim profile and barely perceptible warmth can be placed in areas that traditional fixtures just can't go. Another benefit of using LEDs is low power draw; although it uses just 40W of power, it outputs many times that number meaning a rapid return on investment. If you need more power Genaray has got that covered too; the light's included clips allow you to stack up to 3 units for triple the power. You can even daisy-chain several units using the separately purchased SP-E-MLC Multi Link Cable which allows one master unit to control the color and light intensity of the others.

Power options are equally versatile. Use the included multi-voltage AC adapter to run the SpectroLED anywhere in the world, or shed the power cord and employ two optional NP-F type batteries when mains current is unavailable.

Adjustable Color Temperature
Variable color output from 3200-5600K allows you to balance color without filters.
100-0% Dimming
The SpectroLED is dimmable from 100 - 0% without color shift and flicker.
High CRI
The SpectroLED's high CRI rating ensures vibrant, accurate rendition of color.
Battery or AC Power
Power your light with the included multi-voltage AC adapter or with two optional NP-F batteries when mains power is unavailable.
Flexible Mounting
The light has an industry-standard 5/8" receiver for stand mounting as well as 1/4"-20 top and bottom taps for stacking and supports such as ball heads.
Daisy-Chain Control
Using Genaray's SP-E-MLC Multi Link Cable, you can connect multiple SpectroLEDs together and control color and brightness from one master unit.
Stackable
Thanks to its removable yoke, you can use the included clips to stack up to 3 lights for triple the power.

SpectroLED Essential 500 Bi-Color LED Light is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect LED Light for Videos! I have been using this light with my videos for a view months now, and I have loved it! It is more than bright enough to be my key light, even with the defuser on it. The bi-color is great for on-location video shoots because I can match my fill light to the color temperature of other lights in the room, and there are no LED flicker issues throughout the entire range of brightness/color. The multiple mounting options are great to have, but I rarely have to take it off the c-stand to get the angle needed. The power cord is long enough that I can typically get away without an extension cord, and the ability to battery power is great as well! I highly recommend it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great lights for interviews I shoot a lot of interviews that are always tight on time so it's necessary for me to have a key light that's quick, easy and powerful and this light delivers on all fronts. The bi-color option is amazing! Most of the time I'm shooting in environments with mixed color - some daylight some tungsten - so having the option to dial in the color temp is great. The arm articulates to give this a nice range of motion and the light itself isn't heavy. I'll keep this in my kit for a long time as my go to source for interviews.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect size and weight For the price you can not go wrong.I use it for mostly a back light or for BG lights .Plenty of output especially when in the 4000K range. I bout some 5600 milli amp battery which give me about 2 hours @ full brightness.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for small item photography Perfect for making photos of small objects when shooting with a tripod. Don't expect it to be bright enough for handheld portrait work, though. But that wasn't my plan when purchasing it.
