The BizTalk Speaker Microphone with PTT Button and External Speaker from Midland is designed to work with Midland Business Radios (sold separately). The mic and speaker allows you to transmit and receive communication when connected to the radio. It is built with a 360° clip. The cable terminates with a 1/8" audio jack-port connector.

What other accessory is needed to make it work? Just plug and play or does unit require batteries
The microphone does not need any batteries, you just plug it into the radio to use it. The BR200 radio comes with a lithium battery that does need to be inserted into the radio in order to use the radio and the mic.
