    Rated 5 out of 5 by from We've Come a Long Way Since the 440-A Tuning Fork I'm fairly well advanced in age, for a human, and I have been playing -- and tuning -- guitars since I was 16 years old. I have bought, used, and junk-drawered many types of digital tuners in the last 25 years. I'd say that the most accurate of all the clip-on tuners I have ever used would be a Peterson Strobo-Clip, but these do tend to be somewhat fussy because they are so sensitive, and cost way more than this Planet waves tuner. Of all the electronic tuners I have used, the Planet Waves digital tuners (I have the Planet Waves Micro Universal and the newer Eclipse) are the most accurate and dependable especially in their price range--more so than their Snark, Korg, Boss, Intellitouch, or TC Electronic counterparts. Their LED screens are easy to read and they don't drain batteries as quickly as other models. I know when I clip one of these on my guitar's peghead, I'll be able to get it in tune pronto, with minimal fuss.
