question

Is there a Wacom with an Apple build (OS etc) not Windows?
Asked by: Brent
Wacom does not offer Apple OS with the MobileStudio Pro tablet, although the Wacom Intuos is compatible with Mac. It is not a tablet however, only digital pen and pad.

question

Can I connect Wacom MobileStudio Pro 16 to monitor Dell 32 using Wacom Link ?
Asked by: Bohdan C.
I have the 13 mobile studio pro and I wasn't able to use the Wacom link to make a second monitor work. Maybe a USB-C to mini display adapter could work, but i think the wacom link is only for making the mobile studio a monitor for a computer.

question

Can I connect Wacom MobileStudio Pro 16 it monitor Dell 32 using Wacom Link ?
Asked by: Bohdan C.
You can connect an external monitor with a cable that converts USB-C to HDMI or Displayport. I use a HDMI 4.1 compliant cable add an NEC 4k monitor as a 2nd display. It works great. The Wacom Link is only for using the MSP itself as an external display with tablet capabilities for another computer.

question

If I tap on a textbook in a browser, or if I want to name, rename folders or files in the windows explorer, will the on-screen folder automatically popup like they do in modern smartphones? Or do you have to manually open the keyboard and leave it floating on screen?
Asked by: Dhanad I.
People are confused -- it DOESNT ALWAYS popup. In fact, for example, in Chrome, it does not at all. But for some reason it works perfectly with Microsoft Edge/Explorer (hm! suspicious, no?). If its a Microsoft Application it works well -- all other applications are hit and miss. Its very very clunky to work this way. But please note: There are 2 on screen keyboards you can choose. If the pop-up one isn't working well for you, you can go to the Accessibility Panel and get the one from there. It looks totally different and has different properties. I use both for different situations. This is effective.

question

Can it also be used as a docked' laptop, ie display mirrored to a larger screen, and used with keyboard and mouse, not just in the reduced Cintiq' mode as advertised?
Asked by: Anonymous
Yes, you will need an adapter from usb-c to the desired connection from the monitor.

question

Does this have USB ports?
Asked by: Taylor M.
The Tablet has at least three USBC ports. USB port or connection is previous generations. USB port is also called USBA port. They have cables. 1. USBC cable with both end connectors. 2. USBC cable and USBA or USB cable connectors. this can be used to connect USBC port to USB or USBA port (e.g. a previous generation of USB port). Then, there is Wacom's Aukey that is a small devise, one side is USBC port connection, and the other side is USBA or USB port. that may be used to connect Wacom MobileStudio Pro 16 or 13 Tablet to an old generation Apple Laptops. The Tablet's Battery Charger is USBC cable charger. Wacom Keyboard, Bluetooth charger has USBC cable end, that is plugged into Keyboard, and the other end is USB or USBA port, that is plugged into a power strip that has USB port. You can also connect USB or USBA connector on the end of charger cable into USB port of Apple Laptop (Retina version for example) to charge the Keyboard (Model: WKT-400).
