Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent I was initially worried because of one bad review I read but I am glad to report that I've had ZERO problems setting this up and using it. I highly recommend it for Windows 10 users. I wished it was super-glued to the USB port. Setting up: Plug it in a USB2 port where it won't bother you. Windows 10 will search & install its drivers. Only after this step will Windows Hello be activated and ready to set up. This is done in Settings::Accounts::WindowsHello section. You need to have a PIN created first (much like when you set up fingerprint on Android phones) and then you register your main finger by placing it lightly on the sensor each time Windows asks you. If you press too hard or outside the sensor area, it will re-ask you to put that finger on. So pretty much like Android. After enrolling my mum's forefinger and ring finger (it's her laptop), I enrolled my forefinger too. Each time you enrol a new finger (the user's or yours), you need the admin's finger to ok the operation with their fingerprint. Using Windows 10 now is a breeze. Combine this with the Evo850 SSD I recently bought from B&H and it's Oh my god! After a re-boot and you are at the Lock Screen, just press your finger lightly inside the sensor (don't swipe, just touch), Windows 10 will greet you and take you to Desktop. As far as my parents are concerned, it's goodbye passwords. I'll probably buy a backup device just in case.
