Sorry, but this application cannot be loaded onto a tablet. What can be done is to install Premiere Pro on your desktop or robust laptop and then install the Adobe Creative Cloud Premiere Clip app on your phone/tablet. Whatever you shoot and edit on the phone/tablet can then be sent via Adobe Creative Cloud to your desktop/laptop for further editing.
