Bundled together by B&H to give you everything you'd need to play bass at a gig, this Ibanez Electric Bass Kit gives you a SR300E Standard Series electric bass, a Hotone Performer Series B Station Bass Preamp, a guitar stand, and a 1/4" guitar cable. The bass provides a bolt-on SR4 five-piece maple/rosewood neck, a mahogany body, a rosewood fingerboard, white dot inlays, 24 medium frets, a 34" scale, and two active PowerSpan dual coil pickups.
The Hotone Performer Series B Station, on the other hand, is a preamp and D.I. contained in a stompbox. It provides multiple outputs that allow you to power amplifiers and PA systems simultaneously via two 1/4" outputs and one XLR D.I. jack. The pedal also gives you a three-band EQ, an external effects loop for looping in outboard gear, an on-board compressor, and a blendable drive section for distortion and grit. The kit comes with a guitar stand and a 1/4" guitar cable.
Ibanez SR Standard Series - SR300E - Electric Bass (Champagne Gold)
The SR Standard Series SR300E from Ibanez is a modern electric bass featuring a mahogany body in a champagne gold finish. Its bolt-on SR4 5-piece maple/rosewood neck is fitted with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard which has white dot inlays. The solid double-cutaway body delivers maximum resonance and sustain, while the SR4 neck is smooth and fast, providing unlimited playability for the most demanding player.
The PowerSpan Dual Coil pickups provide a tone rich in harmonic detail and dynamic expression. A 3-way power tap selector switch allows you to choose between a variety of humbucking and single-coil settings, while the 3-band active EQ provides boost and cut over the treble, mid, and bass frequencies. Volume and balance controls can be used to further regulate the sound. Additionally, the SR300E is fitted with cosmo black hardware, including an Accu-cast B120 bridge, as well as a set of standard die-cast tuners on the headstock.
PowerSpan Dual Coil Pickups
Developed by Ibanez, the exposed pole pieces of the PDC pickups produce a stronger signal, and increase the response of the higher frequencies without sacrificing low end. The result is a tone rich in harmonic detail and dynamic expression
Custom 3-Band EQ with 3-Way Power Tap Switch
The 3-band EQ works in conjunction with a coil tap switch for maximum control over a wide variety of professional bass tones. Tap Mode (single coil) creates a punchy, dynamic sound with superior articulation. Series Mode (humbucking) delivers a full, warm tone, and Power Tap Mode provides the best of both worlds—combining the clarity of the single coil with the fat bottom end of the humbucker
Accu-Cast B120 Bridge
The B120's extra-wide string slots can accommodate even the heaviest of gauges. Walls and channels of the new bridge plate effectively "trap" the saddles, ensuring perfect directional uniformity

Hotone Performer Series B Station Bass Preamp with Drive and Compression
Providing tone, volume, compression, and harmonic-distortion controls for electric bass, the Hotone Performer Series B Station is a preamp and D.I. contained in a stompbox with multiple outputs which allow you to power amplifiers and PA systems simultaneously via two 1/4" outputs and one XLR D.I. jack. A three-band EQ shapes the tone of your signal, while the pedal itself offers an external effects loop for looping in outboard gear.
In addition to the compressor knob—which provides dynamic control—a drive circuit can be utilized to provide subtle or extreme distortion; you can engage this circuit by means of a dedicated footswitch. You can also change the EQ's position in relation to your distortion, so that you can add the effect to your tone either before or after applying drive your signal; the choice is yours. Turning the pedal on and off is a matter of clicking the on/off footswitch. The pedal is battery powered by 9V, though it can also accept a 9 VDC power supply, available separately.
Compact, rugged aluminum chassis design
Pre/post EQ button places the EQ before/after the drive circuit
On/Off footswitch for engaging/bypassing preamp and effect
Balanced XLR D.I. output for connecting directly to PA systems, audio interfaces, mixers, and more
1/4" parallel outputs for passing input signal directly to bass amplifiers
3.5mm headphone output for silent practice
Ground lift button for eliminating ground-related noise
Drive footswitch engages tone from slight overdrive to massive distortion
Blend knob controls ratio of dry to driven signal
