The ikan Remote Air 2 Dual-Channel Wireless Lens Control System (PD Movie) combines the receiver into the lens motor for reducing the weight and its brushless can drive various professional camera lenses such as the Angenieux, ARRI Ultra, and Cooke. It offers a resolution of 7200 after optimization. The system divides the hand wheel of the controller into 7200 levels.

The Remote Air 2 displays the current channel in use. With a short press of the ON/OFF Channel button, you can easily change the channels. The screen also displays the signal strength of the Hand Control Unit and the receiver when interworking. It also displays the percentage of battery remaining on the controller and the receiver's voltage.

The follow focus's marking ring achieves automatic decimal alignment simultaneously when it is attached to the controller rotary table. You can quickly mark the stroke scale with the magnetic attachment and the Remote Air's automatic stroke detection function. When you use a new lens, you can save previously aligned marking rings to be used later.

The Remote Air 2 uses 2.4 GHz wireless technology and a full duplex mode for signal transmission. It features anti-interference and error correction functions and offers a transmission range of up to 328'. The system can charged via USB or a portable power source. It offers a battery life of up to 30 hours and standby time of 30 days.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wireless follow focus I direct and shoot music videos professionally and I was able to use this wireless follow focus on a few music videos before. It’s my go to wireless follow focus as it’s reliability is something I’ve been searching for a long time. I love how I can power it via d-tap on my RED Scarlet-W or off which ever gimbal I’m using like the DJI Ronin or Movi Pro stabilizer. I wasn’t able to use the secondary wheel that I would have use to change the zoom or on the aperture wheel of the lens but definitely going to try that out soon. The battery for the remote takes a while to charge but it can last for a really long time so definitely “handy”. Love this wireless follow focus!

I use this primarily with an A7S-II on a Kessler crane for high viewpoint 4K videos. I could not be happier with this purchase. Pete
