Is this B&H Care Refresh limited to US-based Phantom 4 Pros? I have a US address but my drone is registered/activated in Australia.

Hello Peter. If you have an incident in Australia or the USA, your DJI Care Refresh is valid. However, if the incident occurs outside the USA, you would pay for shipping your aircraft to the US service center. can i still purchase this care refresh for my phantom 4 pro after i passed the 48 hours time limit? i feel terrible about forgetting to buy this while my drone still not flown yet

Hello. If you have not yet gone through the Phantom 4 Pro activation process via the DJI GO app, you can still purchase DJI Care Refresh. Once you activate the aircraft via the DJI GO app, you have 48hrs in which to bind the DJI Care Refresh service plan to it. However, if you have already activated your aircraft and 48 hours have passed, you will need to go through the video verification process - you can see more about the video verification process at https://<a href= http://repair.dji.com/en/djicare/customerupload. target= _blank >repair.dji.com/en/djicare/customerupload.</a> Thanks.

After you purchase DJI Care Refresh, you will receive prioritized service.In NA region (US & Canada) for DJI Care Refresh Phantom 4 Pro, the first time replacement fee is $99, the second time replacement fee is $149.
