Do you have a recommended storage bag for the Really Right Stuff MH-02 LR? My MH-01 came with a matching storage bag.

There is no bag specifically made for the Really Right Stuff Monopod Head but you could use a lens case such as this Ruggard: https://bhpho.to/45OMEMV

can i change the clamp head with the Really Right Stuff PC-LR-40 Compact Panning Clamp head?
Asked by: Ashton
Yes, you can change the clamp on the Really Right Stuff (RRS) Monopod Head with Indexing Lever-Release Clamp (MH-02 LR) to the PC-LR-40 Compact Panning Clamp. You will need a 5/32" hex key (usually included with the MH-02) to remove the existing clamp.

question

Does this monopod come with a base plate included? Do I need to specifically purchase separate base plates for my Canon 5d4 and larger lenses such as the Canon 100-400mm IS II and 70-200mm f2.8 is II?
Asked by: lorraine
I HAVE THE VERSION WITH THE KNOB RATHER THAN THE QUICK RELEASE LEVER. MOUNTING PLATES ARE ATTACHED TO CAMERAS AND BODIES AND TEND TO BE MODEL SPECIFIC. FOR THIS REASON, THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF THE MONOPOD HEAD. A CHECK OF THE INCLUDED IN THE BOX SECTION WILL CONFIRM THIS FOR YOU.

question

re: The indexed quick release clamp is oriented for horizontal left to right camera tilting but you can change the orientation to vertical fore and aft lens tilting by turning the clamp 90 degrees using the supplied hex key. I believe this copy applies to a less expensive RRS monopod head. It appears that the top platform / clamp of this monopod head can be quickly reoriented without tools using a thumb screw. Can B&H confirm?
Asked by: Danny Grizzle
There are three versions of the RRS monopod head: 1) Standard Screw Knob Clamp; 2) Standard Lever-Release Clamp; and, 3) Indexing Lever-Release Clamp. The two standard versions require a hex key to reorient the clamp whereas the indexing version and be reoriented without tools.

question

What is the difference is between the indexing version and the standard version? I see the standard one has the spirit level which the indexing one doesn't so trying to work out why it's $90 more?
Asked by: Cameron
I believe it is the quick release lever. Mine has the screw in pin to retain the plate.
