Has anyone used this with a D7200 (or similar) ...
Has anyone used this with a D7200 (or similar) and a Sigma 10-20mm lens and is it the correct one? RRS have said that this is the correct rail but one of the reviews on this page said that using a Sigma 14mm 1.8 art lens it wasn't long enough.

It is expected to work with that setup, but if you personally have doubts there is the 7.4" version of it as well. BH #REMPRCLIIRIL.

What range of focal lengths does this work with?
It would depend on the physical length of the lens and camera. You don't want the rail to be much longer than the lens that it would appear in the photo and also not too small that you won't be able to find the nodal of the lens. Really Right Stuff MPR-CL Rail with Integral Clamp (5.7") will fit well a lens and camera that measures about 5.7 inches.
