question

The reviews from 2017 say that a.lyra does not work with iPhone X. Is this still true with the current iOS?
Asked by: Matt W.
Most probably it's not going to work with X ever, and Lyra is not better than quality passive mic, it catches all the background noises.

question

Plugged into my iPhone 7 I got a message saying This accessory is not supported by this iPhone Does it not work with the iPhone 7? Also, Apogee app which is the recommended app in the Manual, does not recognize this device. Please advise what the issues could be, or is the manual and spec just wrong?
Asked by: Anonymous
Usually that message appears on an iPhone when the product being plugged into it doesn't say that it is Apple MFi certified. Aputure's website does not specify that it is Apple MFi certified.
