Not compatible with "French" Type E (CEE 7/5 and CEE 7/6) outlets.
This adapter only adapts plug style and not voltage; this device should be used with power converters or devices with universal power supplies.

This product worked for converting, however in Turkey the plugs are round. and this product didn't fit well, but it worked. Thanks for saving what would have been a terrible trip without the converter.

Gets the job done, and good price. But doesn't work with absolutely all euro outlets...which it should.

Don't Buy - Doesn't fit in Standard (Round) European Socket

Does it work? Somewhat. Does it work well? No. The adapter easily falls out of the socket because of its square frame (where you see Watson). The plug is too large to fit inside the round European socket...so while the prongs do fit into the wall and deliver electricity, you can easily lose your electrical connection when sliding a power cord around or plugging in/unplugging a device. Not drama you want to deal with while you just want to plug in your device and trust it to charge.

Worked well in France and Switzerland

I had no problem using this adapter in Switzerland and France. These countries have different shaped wall socket shapes but this fit fine in both of them. Another reviewer said they had trouble using it in France with the circular wall socket shapes and this might be true. All of the places I was in in France had both circular and non circular socket shapes so I could choose. One thing in particular I like about this adapter compared to a smaller one I have is that its size makes it more stable and not prone to falling out of the wall when you connect it to a larger/heavier plug.

I know it works in Cannes France. You want to make sure your device can work on 115 volts to 230 volts and on 50-60 cycles. Kerry
