The HighPoint NA460C Mini 2-Bay USB 3.1 Type-C RAID Enclosure lets you build a high-performance storage device for your Windows or Mac system by featuring two drive bays along with hardware RAID and USB 3.1 Type-C connectivity. The two bays can accommodate SATA-based hard drives or SSDs in the size of 2.5" or 3.5", and an onboard hardware RAID controller enables you to configure these optional storage drives in a RAID 0, 1, SPAN, or JBOD mode. With two SSDs installed and configured in a RAID 1 array, the enclosure can deliver read and write speeds of up to 750 MB/s. To support these speeds, the NA460C comes with a USB-C port that sports a reversible design and utilizes USB 3.1 technology for transferring data to your system at a rate of up to 10 Gb/s. Additionally, it includes a USB Type-C to USB Type-C cable and a built-in fan for cooling the enclosure and your drives.

HighPoint's NA460C RAID enclosures come with a USB Type-C interface that utilizes USB 3.1 technology for transferring data to your system at a rate of up to 10 Gb/s. This level of performance allows the enclosure to benefit from fast SSDs, enabling greater flexibility for the digital workflows. The NA460C can be easily outfitted for maximum performance by installing two SSDs and configuring them in a RAID array to offer sustained read and write performance of over 750 MB/s. The innovative, dual-mode drive trays accept both 3.5" or 2.5" SSDs and hard drives, up to 10TB in size.
Built-In RAID Support
The two-step RAID selector dial and Create button allow you to instantly configure or change RAID arrays, yet make it nearly impossible to do so accidentally. RAID 0 is for high-performance storage, and RAID 1 (mirroring) provides security. SPAN mode allows you to maximize capacity even with drives of different sizes, and JBOD mode lets you to use each disk separately.
