SanDisk Dual Drive Reviews
A highly versatile USB
A highly versatile USB Drive for those who still need traditional USB A in combination with C.
Extremely Slow Transfer Rate
I bought two of these 256GB drives; I own 6 of the 128GB. I use all these drives for backup of work folders. The 128GB's are very slow, but usable. The 256GB are either defective or just a very poor-performing product. I formatted both drives on a MacBook Pro, one for Mac (#1) and one for Windows (#2). The #1 was very slow; it took about 1 hour to transfer 150GB. Is this normal? The #2 took 2.5 hours to transfer 35GB; this is obviously not right. I was disappointed with the 128GB drives, but I thought of them as disposable backups. But the 256GB's are just terrible.
Nice
I liked it
SanDisk flash drive
I just doubled the memory of my Samsung phone! I can load in movies, stories, photos, etc. from my PC and read them with my phone.
Compact and Versatile
Love that is offers USB-A and C in a tiny package, fast and reliable so far
Just the right plugs I needed
The technology of this device is really a great compliment to USB-C devices, bridging between mobile devices to desktop or laptop computers. It was not possible until this thing became available and affordable in a way. Over the air update is not available yet in a lot of modern cars, so there you go, another niche place for a device like this to make car software update a lot effortless.
very fast
glad to receive a great working device that is fast and efficient
Extremely Slow Transfer Rates
I have purchased 6 of these drives; I use them for backup in a MacBook Pro. They are extremely slow, and run extremely hot; once the first backup is done, the incrementals don't take too long, and the slow transfer rates are bearable. I think of these drives as disposable, so I don't sweat the slow speeds.
