This battery charger can be charged with a USB cable in any wall plug. You would need the adaptor for the type of wall plugs in the Philippines.

Hi! I see it comes with 2 port 2.1 and 2.4 v? Which port do I use for a Samsumg Galaxy S9?
I bought this item and I have an IPhone X. Im not sure what the difference is and both work great with my phone. I think you can use either with your Galaxy S9, one will just charge it faster!
