On-Stage GA250 overview

  • 1Description

The black On-Stage GA250 is a sponge-style instrument humidifier designed to provide moisture regulation for an acoustic ukulele while it's stored in your home, studio, or shop. The GA250 hangs inside the instrument’s soundhole by hooking onto the strings. This suspension method allows it to disperse moisture consistently without touching the body of the ukulele. Through proper humidification, you can protect your instrument against harmful conditions such as dry climates, which can cause warping and cracking of the body’s wood.

    On-Stage GA250 reviews

GA250 Acoustic Ukulele Humidifier (Black) is rated 2.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the best option The GA250s are made of hard plastic that can damage an instrument top if dropped; the lid does not open, so judging the dryness of the sponge is guesswork and there is no way to tell when/if the sponge gets moldy and replace it; the humidifiers are so small that they have to be topped off frequently, and using the required eye-dropper to refill them is tedious.
