FUJIFILM BC-T125 Reviews
Some things are worth paying up for
I lost the charger that came with my GFX 100. That camera is an expensive tool, and its batteries are expensive as well. Modern sophisticated batteries are sensitive to overcharging, poor current regulation, voltage spikes, etc. There is just no point in destroying a bunch of expensive batteries by using a cheap charger.
Receptacle prongs protrude unacceptably
It would be such a simple thing to change - Canon prongs simply fold sideways. Fuji are being lazy in producing one product with add-on prongs for different markets. I get through Fuji NP-T125 batteries at quite a rate, so I have to carry two of these with me on a shoot and because the prongs stick out, they take up too much space in the bag. I deplore the paucity of thinking that mandates having to carry two separate chargers for a camera that holds two batteries. a) why on earth did Fuji only provide one charger with the camera (GFX 100) and b) why couldn't they provide a double charger. This is cheap-skating beyond belief for a camera that cost 10 grand. Doesn't take much to leave a sour taste, does it?
