The Scrambler Bass Overdrive from Ampeg is a bass guitar preamp pedal designed to offer authentic Ampeg grit, grind, and sag. The drive control adjusts the amount of overdrive, while the blend knob allows you to balance the processed signal with the clean, unaffected signal. The treble control provides up to +17 dB of boost or -14 dB of cut at 4 kHz, while the volume knob controls the overall output level. Additionally, the pedal features a -15 dB pad located on an internal jumper. The Scrambler can be powered by an optional 9V battery or 9 VDC power supply.
