The NANO Series AT3S Low-Profile Indoor IR Illuminator from AXTON can be synchronized with a camera or any other system device with input or output capability, and can be linked to multiple units. There is an automatic on/off, night/day switch via the built-in photocell. It is recommended you use IR-corrected lenses, as to avoid blurry images. A built-in thread allows mounting to 1/4"-20 male screws.
How do you power this infared illuminator? I get cat cable at the illuminator , but what about the other end at the wall outlet? How do you connect cat cable to power adapter?

Scott, the AT-3M-S is powered via 12V DC and consumes 3 Watts. If you are looking for an illuminator that is powered via PoE you may want to consider the AT-5ME-A or the AT-6E-S. These are our two smallest PoE powered units.
