Will this work on Canon m50 with Canon Mount Adapter? I've tested one and focus was soft, wondering if its because of adapter/autofocus issues?
Asked by: Dennis
Yes, as long as your adapter is EF/EF-s. With adapters you might have some soft focusing. I use this lens for my 60d and 7d Mark ii and have no issues. I have an adapter for my Fuji XT-3 and use this lens and have slight soft focus issues. So it’s definitely the adapter, you’ll sacrifice something, soft focus, speed etc.

The Tamron 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5 Di II VC HLD Lens for Canon EF is meant for the APS-C format. Although you can use it along with a Canon EF-R lens adapter on the EOS R or RP cameras, doing so will result in a loss of resolution and vignetting/cropping in your image.
