I personally do not own the Komodo but bases on the cameras recording speeds I am going to say yes. I use this card to shoot raw 4K on the C200 without any issues at all.

You cannot. This is a CFast 2.0 Card, The D5 is available with either CompactFlash slots or XQD slots, which are two different systems. CFast 2.0 Cards will not work.
