Elite 90W 10-Port Thunderbolt 3 Dock (Smart Buy) is rated 2.0 out of 5 by 17.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works with HP Spectre x360 15 (2017) 4k screen I was trying to find a TB3 dock that would work with my 2017 Spectre x360 15 with 4k screen and support at least two external 2k@60Hz displays - connected through a single DP cable and daisy chained. Information online is inconclusive and confusing. Happy that I went with this dock. It works like a charm and charges the laptop pretty fast too! Still need to figure out if the dock power button will work, but that is only a minor drawback to me - for this reason I give it 4/5 stars.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is a poor product. So let me get this straight, the instructions specifically state that you must update your computer and multiple drivers to make this item work with your HP laptop. Then you must update the firmware in the dock toget it to work properly. WHY? HP you should have created a product that should already have proper firmware, and since it also has a internet connection, why doesn't it reach out and get all proper updates for the device it is connected to, then auto update the device. This is a poor device, and definitely not a product for the average Joe.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from alpha stadium poorest docking station ever - it is not a docking station at all! I need to plug it into the laptop instead of docking the laptop at my workplace. Random graphic failures occur! Resolution is set to VGA, monitor placement is obsolete, Laptop crashes! Please make docking stations again, that deserve this name!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Spectre x360 15 inch 2017 This dock is working so far with my spectre x360. Just have 2 x 1080p monitors attached via DisplayPort>HDMI as well as the laptop for three displays. Also was able to attach a new Thunderbolt 3 that was longer, just a regular one that was rated for 100w so it charges the computer as well. Haven’t tested it too much but all systems are go. Only problem is the Power cord angled in a way it either has to be at the edge of the desk or turned in a way it interferes with other cables. But it’s still functional.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unreliable, borderline unusable Worst docking station I've ever used. We have two of these and I've now replaced mine three times. Issues with this docking station, displays fail to initialize. Sometimes one display will go out or blink randomly. USB ports will fail if to many things are pluged into them. Example, keyboard and mouse, no problems. Try to charge a cell phone all of the USB ports will go down after a few minutes. We hate these units.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible I purchased this a few months ago and it has consistent problems. It looses video when moved and most times requires a restart. When I try to restart when connected to dock or start with the docks switch it may come up with a black screen and I have to restart unconnected and then connect to the dock. I had a USB hub that was working but now, even after changing hubs, I can't get either one to work on the dock or PC. And yes I have made all updates.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Avoid this product it doesn't work. The connection is horrible and I have to restart my computer every time the connection is lost. Moving the hub even slightly causes the connection to be lost.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible product Bought one to use with Elite X2 G1 tablet 14 months ago, so just past warranty when it started randomly dropping the connection and then returning. Sometime the display works, and sometimes not. And what's with display port, rather than HDMI? Now using HP Elite USB3 Docking Station, which seems much more reliable (conclusively proving it was the first docking station and not the tablet that has the problem.
