Yes it does come with one, along with the charger too. However, I carry two fully charged batteries when out on a shoot, so that I have a backup, but as of date, I have not had to use it. I do rotate the batteries though so that each one gets approximately the same use.

As farasa I know, this is not a refurbished camera. I believe if it was it would have to be labeled as one. I purchased this as new about one month ago, and have been satisfied with its appearance and performance.
It certainly not one of their newer mirrorless cameras, and has already been superseded by the EOS M50.
