question

Sigma lens
Asked by: N. Z.
I use 2 Sigma zoom lenses in Pentax mount with this body. I have a 10-20 zoom and an 18-300 zoom. The build quality is good, durability good, but not as robust as my Pentax lenses and the sharpness is very good, not quite excellent across the entire zoom and focus range. The 18-300 does not hold focus across the zoom range so if you are in manual focus you cannot zoom in to check focus and then move to another focal length. enlarge live view for that purpose. The 18-300 does not seem to auto focus in video mode. Those are the only negatives I have for the 18-300. It is an EXCELLENT value for the price. I traveled hard with these two lenses through India and they performed very well.
