Really Right Stuff BGX7-L-SET Overview

The BGX7-L L-Plate Set for Panasonic Lumix GX7 from Really Right Stuff is a modular design composed of a base plate and an L-component that can be combined to create an L-plate. The L-plate can be changed while on top of a tripod, from a vertical to a horizontal position without sacrificing your center of axis.

The L-plate maintains complete access to the battery door and the camera's ports. Both parts can be separated slightly, and retightened with the included hex key if more room is needed for your tethering or cable release. In addition, a boss has been machined into the side of the plate so an accessory hand or shoulder strap can loop through and carry the camera.

Because of Type II black anodizing, the plate itself is resistant to scuffs and scratches. Additionally, the plate has a laser-engraved center mark on the back to align it on a head.
