The B35 Flat Plate with Two 1/4" Screws from Really Right Stuff is a universal plate that gives quick release functionality to some compatible camera bodies and collared telephoto lenses with a tripod foot.

On top of the plate, the first screw is stationary while the second screw is inside a slotted channel, which is 1.5" long. This allows the screw to move back-and-forth to adjust and fit to the second female thread of a camera or of a telephoto lens' tripod foot. Meanwhile, utilizing both 1/4"-20 screws on the plate prevents twisting while attached to an Arca-type compatible clamp or head. In addition, the plate is machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum and gets anodized in a Type II black finish, which makes the plate itself resistant to scuffs and scratches.
