Nano Surface Coating has been applied to individual elements to control lens flare and ghosting for improved contrast and color fidelity when working in strong lighting conditions.
Fast 240 fps autofocus drive delivers smooth, accurate, and quiet focusing performance to benefit both stills and video applications.
Splash, dust, and freezeproof design benefits working in inclement weather conditions.

How good for video is this lens when mounted on GH5 and walking ?
Asked by: Adam
If you're using this with the GH5's IBIS or with a gimbal/stabilizer, or both (best case scenario), you should not have much trouble. The effects of walking with a wide angle-of-view tends to be less severe, so you should be fine! :)

question

May I mount it with all full functions in an Olympus OM-D EM-1 MII?
Asked by: Anonymous
Yes, I use it with an Olympus E-M1ii. It works very well. There is none of the purple ghosting that used to happen with the older Panasonic 7-14 on Olympus bodies. AF is fast and accurate and all the functions on the lens work as expected. It's an excellent lens!

question

What 67mm Variables ND filter works best with this lens, - no vignetting and ability to have lens hood on?
Asked by: Andrei
We are unable to test but feel that any 67mm Variable ND Filter will work such as: Tiffen 67mm Variable Neutral Density Filter B&H # TIVND67. the included lens hood attaches externally and does not screw into the filter threads.

question

I need a polarizer for this lens. What have people here used successfully?
Asked by: Anonymous
For such a wide lens, we recommend a Polarizer that says slim or low profile so that you reduce the possibility of vignetting at 8mm. Here are two: both are slim by good companies. Good quality: Tiffen 67mm Circular Polarizing Wide Angle (Low Profile Design) Filter B&H # TICP67WA Luxury quality: Heliopan 67mm High-Transmission Circular Polarizing Multi-Coated Slim Filter B&H # HECPHTS67.
