50" Rope Strap (Fire) is rated 2.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad Choice For My New Leica Q The strap that comes with the Leica Q is thin and cheap. I thought I would upgrade with this strap. It is a nice thick cord mated to leather loop fasteners. The issue is that there is no way to attach it to your camera. The leather ends require a rather wide diameter metal ring that needs to thread through the two eyelets on the camera. The cheap strap that comes with the camera has very small loops that will not accommodate the leather leather loops. What I had to do was to take a large upholstery needle and some artificial sinew and sew the strap to the camera. RIDICULOUS. For the price of this camera and accessory strap Leica should pay more attention to this.
