Copier
Copy speed of up to 40 cpm are supported.
The maximum copy resolution is 600 x 600 dpi.
Users can produce up to 9999 copies as part of a single job.
Copier settings include reduction/enlargement from 25-400%, sides, collation, paper selection, image adjustment, content orientation, multiple pages per sheet, booklet formats, edge to edge, optimize text/picture, original size, and job building.
Fax
The fax uses a 33.6 kbps modem with transmission speeds of up to 3 seconds per page. Also, it has resolutions of up to 300 x 300 dpi for sending and 400 x 400 dpi for received faxes.
The fax machine has memory for up to 100 pages.
Smart fax software features include stored faxes, fax archiving, fax forwarding, scale-to-fit, fax address book, LAN/Internet fax, fax number confirmation, and holiday fax schedule.
Fax features include auto fax reduction, auto redialing, fax forwarding, fax polling (poll to receive only), junk barrier, and PC interface support.
Media Handling
The 100-sheet automatic document feeder enables a variety of features, including duplex scanning and copying.
A 100-sheet multipurpose tray is present which supports media up to 12.3 x 18.5" in size.
Two 250-sheet input trays are available, with one supporting up to legal-size documents and the other able to hold ledger/A3-size media.
The 3500-sheet high-capacity feeder features two drawers, one on the left and one of the right, which hold 2000 sheets and 1500 sheets, respectively. This feeder also has a built-in stand for easier placement of the unit in an office environment.
The 500-sheet in-line stapler can staple together up to 30 sheets at a time and can stack up to 500 sheets.
Multiple media types are supported, including paper (color, letterhead, light, plain, preprinted, prepunched, recycled, rough, tough paper), bond, cardstock, envelopes, labels, transparencies, and vellum.
