Is there an adapter available that will make this dish usable with the Profoto B1?

No, this Speedotron unit has a built in proprietary mount for Speedotron flash heads.I'm sure Profoto sells a similar beauty dish with a mount for the B1 (at 2X to 3X the cost).

No, this reflector does not work with Bowens mount. It works with speedotron black and one brownline flash head. I own Bowen and Speedotron lights and Bowen mount mono heads.

Yes it will work with Alien Bees, just have to buy the Kacey AB/WL Mount Adapter ($21). I have this beauty dish and I use it with my Einstein.
