Can I combine this carbon extension with the ...
Can I combine this carbon extension with the regular Magic carpet made of aluminium? And if it is possible, do I need any further extras to keep the connection of the two rails sturdy?
I wouldn't combine the aluminum track with the carbon fiber. If you need to extend the length of the track, I would recommend getting multiple of the same track to extend the length of the Magic Carpet.

Can you attach this to either the Magic Carpet or Magic Carpet rails, or are they all separate systems?
this is an extension component for the Magic Carpet Slider system. for example if you had the 3.3ft version you could use this to add an extra 2 feet to your slider by attaching to the rails that come in your kit.
This extension track cannot replace the track that came with a magic carpet slider.
Also keep in mind that this is designed for the Original Magic Carpet it is not compatible with the Magic Carpet Pro
