    Pilotfly H2-45 reviews

H2-45 3-Axis Handheld Gimbal for Mirrorless and DSLR Cameras is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing gimbal I previously used the Pilotfly H2 before upgrading to this one. I use the Sony A7R2 with a short Sony native prime lenses on AF and it works beautifully. After balancing, the gimbal works great without any tweaks to the PID settings. The biggest improvement is in the placement of the rear motor which allows you to view the LCD screen! While everyone is purchasing the Zhiyun Crane 2, I am very much enjoying this gimbal which is rated for a higher payload capacity and a viewable rear LCD screen. Pilotfly also has a 4th axis stabilizer that is easy to add on to this, as well as a two handed grip. Great product, great company.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The customer service with Pilotfly is AMAZING! I buy a lot of video equipment for my business and I almost never go out of my way to write reviews but with this piece of equipment I feel compelled to. First off, this gimbal is amazing. I use a GH4 and GH5 for it with leica lenses and I can't be happier with how this thing works. Especially with the GH5 and stabilization in the body and lens. So smooth! The UI for the app is very easy to use and the button functions you can program are very nice. You can set the many functions to best suit how you operate. It's a great product and it might be the best gimbal I have every purchased and I don't want to throw anyone under the bus but there have been others. This is not why I feel compelled to write this review though. I did my research. I knew with the 45 degree angle I was gonna get a fabulous product. What I didn't know was how good the customer service would be. I have had two issues. I won't go in to what they are but I will say the were both resolved with a few hours on both accounts. Normal business hours keep in mind. I had one thing overnighted to me with no charge. Minor issue. The other was a UI issue. Mainly a confusion on my part but I got very quick responses to my questions and once I got a responses I was having a few minute delays only my back and forth e-mails to clarify things. I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend this company. I have owned other gimbal/stabilization systems and it could take weeks to get anything fixed or answered. Hopefully they keep up the customer service!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The product is great but. The product is great, good construction and great options. I will love the posibility to change the battery. This could have 5 stars, but not... because i have Nikon, all my lenses are nikon, you cant balance perfect any of the good nikon bodies. All the nikkor lenses are big and bulky, the only lenses than i can balance was:NikonAF-S NIKKOR 24mm f/1.4G ED,NikonAF-S NIKKOR 50mm f/1.4G and NikonAF Fisheye-NIKKOR 16mm f/2.8D. If you try the Nikkor 14-24: forget it. If you try the Tokina 16-28: forget it. If you try the Nikkor 14 2.8f: forget it. And many lenses. Also i try the Nikon D500, but the same problem: you need to put the camera all in the back of the riel, so isnt safe and can hit the motor if you want to invert the gimbal for down shoots. This is the reason why you dont will find any information about any of the Nikon cameras with the Pilotfly... dont waste your time and buy a Ronin... or a mirrorless camera.
