This Dual NP-F to V-Mount Converter Plate from Dracast allows you to power any V-mount light, monitor, or other piece of equipment with two Sony L-series/NP-F type batteries, as long as the voltage is equivalent. The combined voltage of the two NP-F batteries will be 14.8V, which is the standard output power of a V-mount battery.

Dracast CVT-V-NPF Reviews
Poor Quality
Flimsy and won't lock onto vmount plate.
Does Not Power my Dracast LED fixtures
I attached the adapter to one of my Dracast fixtures...it was a very tight fit going on and I put two NP batteries on the fixture and it does not power up. I have an assorted number of NP batteries and I tried them all, but no luck. I want to return the adapter to B&H, but it's on so tight I can't loosen it to get it off. I will contact B&H and see what, if any, remedy exists(?) I really wanted this adapter to work...V mount batteries are just too pricey and I thought this may be the fix...but apparently not.
Works great
It arrived on the scheduled day and it works with the product I have. Very happy with the flexibility it gives me now.
Converts my AC-powered Dracast lamps to DC.
Simple and effective converter letting me leave my AC adapters at home. My Dracast 6600mAh batteries power all my lamps in various configurations for hours of creative work in video and still work.
Caution!!!! It doesn't fit most of V-Mount device.
Dracast Dual NP-F to V-Mount Battery Converter Plate doesn't fit all of my V-Mount device. Please check before you buy it.
Doesn't fit all V-Mounts.
Fits and works nicely with Dracast lights that have V-Mount battery plates. Will not mount on any other gear I have that has V-Mount plate. Isn't V-Mount supposed to be a standard spec?
Good idea, but...
I ordered this, because, Dracast, so why not? I have a Dracast 728B and a Godox SL-150. I tried a couple of new NP-F970s on the Godox - bad idea. Not long lasting, as expected - 15 minutes. But a slight burning smell. And some soft plastic around the terminals, which are now slightly deformed (still workable). I don't know what I thought that something that required more power than an NPF was designed for would work. Mechanically, not so tight on the Godox but fine on the Dracast.
Only Works on Dracast S-Series Lights
This adapter will not allow you to power any V-Mount/V-Lock light, monitor, or other piece of equipment with 2 Sony-type L-series or NP-F batteries as the description says. It doesn't fit into most other v-mount plates. I tried 4 different plates from different manufacturers and it wouldn't fit. I spoke to Dracast support and they said that it was designed to be used on their S-series lights but that they didn't know it didn't fit other v-mount plates. It works well for Dracast s-series lights but not for anything else.
