Compatible with Fujifilm X-series cameras and TTL, as well as Nikon i-TTL speedlights, including high-speed sync.
2.4 GHz triggering system with range of 45-60'.
The system can sync at speeds up to 1/250 second with standard triggering, up to 1/8000 second in high-speed sync, or at up to 1/2000 second with leaf shutters.
Various in-camera controls are supported, including flash exposure compensation from ±5 EV.
Flash enable/disable provides users with rapid ability to turn on and off the flash setup via the master or individual flashes via the receiver.
Flash exposure lock function allows for more effective use of the TTL system.
There are four pre-defined profiles to help quickly setup the different flash groups for fast adjustment to all flashes at the same time.
Pass-through TTL shoe on the MX-15+ for on-camera flash support.

I have a Fujifiljm X-T2 and need to have TTL and HSS connectivity with couple of Nikon SB700 flashes. Will I be able to do this with MX-15+ / RX-15 combination? Will I also be able to mount the SB700 on top of MX-15+ for occasions when I need to use on-camera flash? (still with TTL and HSS?) Would greatly appreciate your help.
You would be able to use this combination for TTL and HSS connectivity along with your SB-700 flashes and your Fuji X-T2. You can also mount an SB-700 on the MX-15 Transmitter while it is on camera to fire another SB-700 off camera, also with TTL or HSS.
